Connecting parents, teachers & school
At Hira, we believe that the education and character development of a child is a shared responsibility. Parents–Teachers Meetings (PTMs) provide an important opportunity for parents and teachers to communicate, review student progress, identify areas for improvement, and work together for the child’s academic and personal development.
Four PTMs Throughout the Academic Session
Hira conducts Parents–Teachers Meetings after each of the four major examinations:
These regular meetings enable parents to remain informed about their child’s progress throughout the year—not only at the end of the academic session.
A Partnership for Student Success
During PTMs, teachers and parents can:
- Review examination and academic performance
- Discuss learning strengths and difficulties
- Understand classroom participation and behavior
- Identify areas requiring additional support
- Discuss study habits and improvement strategies
- Strengthen communication between home and school
- Develop a shared approach towards the child’s growth
Parents’ Portal
Stay connected with your child’s learning
We understand that some parents may not always be able to visit the school personally. Hira’s Parents’ Portal helps parents remain connected with their child’s educational progress and access relevant academic information remotely. Distance, time constraints or other commitments should not become a barrier to parent–school communication.
Our Approach
Hira considers parents an essential partner in the educational process. Regular communication between parents, teachers and school administration creates a supportive environment in which students can receive timely guidance, encouragement and attention.
When Parents and Teachers Work Together, Students Grow with Greater Confidence and Direction.
