A structured system for educator growth
At Hira National Education Foundation, we believe that quality education begins with the continuous professional development of educators. Hira’s Inspection & Training Directorate provides a structured system of inspection, training, professional development and follow-up for teachers, principals and school administration.
Inspection & Training Directorate
Development grounded in school needs
The Directorate conducts detailed school and classroom inspections to identify strengths, professional needs and areas for improvement. Training is then planned according to identified needs, so professional development is practical, relevant and connected with classroom and school requirements.
Certificate-Based Training
Hira provides structured, certificate-based professional training programmes for its educational staff.
At least one refresher course annually
Every teacher is required to complete at least one refresher training course each year. A certificate is awarded upon successful completion.
