Progressive Learning with Sun or Iqbal Series
From Nursery through Grade 8, the syllabus follows either the Sun Series or the Iqbal Series, according to the syllabus adopted by the relevant Provincial Directorate.
These structured learning resources support the National Curriculum direction while incorporating concept-based learning, progressive development, activities, skills and character formation.

At Hira campuses offering senior grades, students continue through Secondary School Certificate (SSC/Matric) and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC/Intermediate) pathways. Board examinations are taken through the relevant Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), in line with the campus affiliation and approved programme.
SSC / Matriculation
Students build subject knowledge and prepare for the secondary board examinations relevant to their school and programme.
HSSC / Intermediate
Students continue into higher secondary study and prepare for the relevant board examinations, with programme availability determined by the college campus.
Biology or Computer Science
Hira reports that more than 90% of its schools offer Science combinations with either Biology or Computer Science.
Board-aligned combinations
General Science combinations are offered at rural or selected schools according to the applicable BISE.

Arts combinations are available at rural or selected schools according to the applicable BISE.
