Academic System

Evaluation of students and teachers is a key to success in all educational processes.

Hira National Education Foundation (Regd.) Pakistan has designed its own academic system to achieve best out of its students and faculty. This design is modified and updated according to the needs and challenges of modern world. Our system motivates everyone to perform regularly throughout the year.

How we achieve it?

Our academic session consists of the following two terms:

1. First Term
2. Final Term

Besides these terms four monthly tests (one per term) other than class tests are also arranged to evaluate the progress of the students as well as teachers.

How it works?

Total Aggregate marks included from 1st monthly test = 30

Total Aggregate marks included from 1st term exam = 70

Total Aggregate marks included from 2nd monthly test = 30

Total Aggregate marks included from final exam = 70

The Aggregate marks from the summer task = 50

The behavior /ethics of student =50 (marking can be in negative and affects the result)

Final result including the individual position of the students is determined by calculating aggregate marks obtained in all tests and exams out of total 300 marks. The students will have to pass at-least three compulsory subjects and must score 50% of total marks in order to get promoted.
